Requirements

Previous experience of working in a nursing home with dementia or complex nursing needs clients is desirable for this role. You will need to be a good communicator; confident working as part of a skilled team of experienced healthcare assistants; so support and training will of course be provided.

You will be a naturally compassionate person with a strong desire to achieve the best possible outcomes on every shift. So if you have a genuine passion for older peoples services, ensuring the very best care is given to everyone we care for, then this could be just the job for you.

  • Current Care Certificate
  • CQF
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing training
