Barclays Agrees £5.4m Refinance with Optima Care Partnership

The Optima Care Partnership has agreed a £5.4m refinance package with Barclays.

Optima Care-homes provide supported living and nursing care home services across four locations and seven units in Bristol, Somerset, and Devon.

The business provides care to particularly vulnerable individuals alongside specialising in high quality elderly support services and for those with complex care needs.

The funding package will allow further investment in the group’s care homes to improve facilities for its residents as well as funding for its new staff accommodation unit at Paignton, Devon.

The Barclays deal was led by relationship directors Keith Herod and Neil Chandler.
