Amanda joined the Optima Care Partnership in 2015 having worked in the care sector in a previous administrator roll covering home management and HR services.
At the heart of the home I support the Care Home Manager and her Team; with a background in the travel industry and banking I bring a wealth of communication skills to the business.

My days are full on! challenging and rewarding - Such an interesting Job I love it! I support the Care Home Manager and her Team, provide PA services to the Director of Operations; manage the homes HR Services, Pay Roll and even contribute to resident services as the champion and key contact for Equity and Diversity.
